Rice Krispies Peanut Butter Balls
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Wilton dipping chocolate
Place chocolate into double boiler & melt slowly over a low heat, stirring often until fully melted.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Roll peanut butter mixture into about 54 1-inch balls.
Allow to harden in a cool place. You can place them on a tray in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
